Over the course of her 25-year career, Tammy Sinkfield-Morey, DNP, MAN RN, PHN, CRRN has become one of the most beloved members on staff. Known for her comforting hugs, she is a true advocate for building a more inclusive and diverse culture here at Gillette. Her kind and joyous energy is infectious. In being open about her own struggles, she has realized how much we all have in common.
During my 20 years as a registered nurse, I was struck by the power of story, and what can happen when you share yours with another human being. Time and time again, it seemed that individual stories could bridge divides and differences that previously seemed intractable.
