Influenced by the nurses that cared for her during various hospitalizations as a child, Pace Pfenning pursued a career in nursing herself. Over the years, she has held many different titles and learned to appreciate all the families she works with as well as her coworkers. Whether it is empowering her staff to grow professionally, collaborating with other teams or finding new ways to care for a patient, she truly cares about the people here and the work they do.
