Since 2018, Patrick Nolan has been bringing his positivity and expertise to an unsung part of health care: Finance. As the executive vice president of Finance and Infrastructure, he’s made strategy-driven decisions that help reduce costs for the organization – and for our patients and families. Nolan, who was named 2022 CFO of the Year by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, says he’s most excited about Gillette’s new opportunities. “What excites me most about our future is that we are ready to bring Gillette’s care model to the world and change how conditions such as cerebral palsy are treated today.” Nolan adds, “I think about our staff of elite clinicians and how they’re supported by the best care teams, researchers, administrative supporters, and leaders. I think about our care model and multidisciplinary expertise, and I think about our technology and resources. I know we are ready to do great things.”

“There’s something special about contributing to a team where everyone brings unique expertise, and your goal is achieving the best outcome for kids with complex brain, bone, and movement conditions. It’s very rewarding work and I’m lucky I get to be a part of it.”
